Pricing
Everything on this site and in the overview app is free right now. We would rather be useful to a lot of people first and charge for the part that is genuinely worth paying for later.

Alerts
Price to be announced
- Alerts on the specific models your systems use — email, webhook
- A saved model list, so you are told rather than having to check
- Advance warning ahead of a shutdown date, not on the day
- Team-level visibility: one list, everyone informed
We will publish the price when the feature is real. No pre-orders, no waitlist pressure.
Why the free tier is this generous
The reference data — what exists, what it costs, when it ends — is most useful when everyone can reach it, including AI assistants answering someone else's question. Putting a paywall in front of a shutdown date would make the dataset less accurate for everybody, including us.
What is worth paying for is not the data, it is not having to remember to look. That is the alert product, and it is the only thing we intend to charge for.
Straight answers
- Will the free tier get worse when alerts launch?
- No. Everything listed as free above stays free. Alerts are an addition, not a fence built around what already works.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to read anything on this site or in the overview app — that stays open. You do need a free account to get an API key, which is what the REST API and the MCP server authenticate with. That is how we know which integrations exist and can keep them running; it costs nothing and takes a minute.
- Can I use the data in my own product?
- For reference and internal use, yes. If you want to redistribute it or build on top of it, get in touch first — see About — so we can agree on attribution and on how you get updates.
- Is anything sponsored?
- No. No provider pays to be listed, ranked or described a particular way, and there is no advertising. See the methodology.
